Our Story
REACH Pathways™ is a social enterprise built on the research-based curriculum of Chicago Scholars, a nonprofit that has helped over 6,500 students navigate college and career with outcomes 2-7 times the national average, leading to an estimated $6.8 billion in additional lifetime earnings. REACH Pathways™ was launched to scale access to opportunities and connect under-resourced students with companies and colleges nationwide.

HiPURS™
We coined the term HiPURS™, meaning high-performing under-resourced student, to emphasize the unique talent and perspective brought by students from under-resourced communities. By providing access to leadership development and the unwritten rules of college and career success, REACH Pathways™ unlocks talent and matches HiPURS™ open jobs. REACH Pathways™ cultivates talent in a curated community.

Our Student Advisors
Every day, someone on the REACH team says, “let’s ask our Student Advisors.” We're not talking about technical experts or board members, we’re talking about our contracted (and paid) HiPURS™ Student Advisors who are all from under-resourced communities in high school, college, or recently graduated. Our Student Advisors have helped us build our product by and for under-resourced students.
