As an emerging leaders’ champion, I am always on the hunt for innovative and engaging tools that inspire GEN Z to reach their fullest potential. Since 2024, I have been following REACH Pathways! When I secured a position within Montgomery County Public School System with an emphasis on career and college navigation, REACH Pathways was first on my list to learn more. I could not be more excited and impressed with the level of innovation the platform has to offer. Wheaton HS launched a pilot with our WHS Futures Student Board January 2026, and the student board has become more empowered to make the best decisions as it pertains to their individual pathway. From the initial introductory phase to pilot launch REACH Pathways was dedicated to ensuring our student needs were met through consistent follow-up and requests for feedback.
