President and Co-CEO of REACH Pathways, Brooke McKean, and Head of Product, Kenneth Woodard, interviewed with the Christensen Institute and contributed to their research on "Navigation & Guidance in the Age of AI."
From exploring how bots could expand access to diving into their impact on human connection, Julia Freeland Fisher and Anna Arsenault’s research touches on critical challenges and opportunities. I’m particularly inspired by the focus on ensuring technology serves as a bridge, not a barrier, to students’ networks and social capital.
Brooke was quoted twice in the report and will be on a panel with Julia Freeland Fisher, Tiffany Green from Uprooted Academy and David Ma with Hope Street Group at SXSW EDU to discuss this research.
